Crescent Electric Supply Appoints Dennis DeSousa as Senior Vice President
EAST DUBUQUE, Illinois, September 30, 2010 — Crescent Electric Supply Company has announced the purchase of three branch operations from Broken Arrow Electric Supply, Inc. (Broken Arrow, OK). Located in Lee’s Summit, Warrensburg and Warsaw, Missouri, the acquired locations will operate under the BA Electric Supply name.
The BA Electric Supply team will remain in place and will provide all customers with uninterrupted service and support. No changes in suppliers or product lines are planned and the purchase is anticipated to be completed by November 1, 2010.
