DELIVERY ALERTS

Email and text message delivery alerts are available now. Getting your supplies has never been easier with delivery alerts from Crescent. Notifications include tracking links to see the progress of the order, and once you begin receiving notifications, you can opt-out or change your notification preferences using the link within the message.

• Out for Delivery: We notify you when our driver has left our branch and we provide an estimated time of delivery.
• X Minutes Away: You’ll receive notification when the driver is x minutes away from the delivery address. You decide your desired time period!
• Next Stop: We’ll send you a notification when you’re our next stop.
• Delivered: We notify you when our driver has completed your delivery. It will include a list of the items delivered, a copy of the ship ticket and your signature.
