Timers are used in many commercial, industrial and residential designs as a method to control energy. As an alternative to sensors or building controls, individual switch timers target point-of-use to enable the user to take control of the space and load, within limits. Preset timers are a simple on/off option to consider. By selecting a timer, the maximum on-time is established and control is maintained based on a reestablished regimen, adding to the buildings efficiency and energy savings.
