CEGCNV1PRG license gives access to one control program conversion, from a chosen source program to a chosen target program type. The tool enables users to automatically convert the control logic to support a new PLC type, helping save time and money during a modernization or migration process. This tool offers a number of different conversion paths that support different PLC makes and models as both source and target codes, including legacy to modern systems, as well as modern to modern systems. It is a cloud-based application that can be accessed from anywhere through a simple web browser and user login, meaning no installation required. A private server option is also available for users with strict security constraints. This software tool is intended for end users, system integrators, and original equipment manufacturers from any industrial sector, such as automotive, energy, food and beverage, packaging, water wastewater, manufacturing, infrastructure. The tool supports many legacy PLC types as the source code and can generate to modern systems such as EcoStruxure Control Expert and EcoStruxure Machine Expert.
