The XX range is an offer of sensors using the ultrasonic technology for the detection of any material, without contact. This diameter 30mm cylindrical ultrasonic sensor (diffuse system), has a straight detection axis and a sensing distance of 8 meters. It has a 4mA to 20mA analog output + PNP (one analogic output and one digital output with NO or NC configurable by software). E2 and ECOLAB certified, this ultrasonic sensor is suitable for use in harsh conditions. It can operate in very cold (-25C) and hot environments (+70C). Its sensing distance is 8m (adjustable). Its detection window is adjustable remotly or by using the external teachbutton XXZPB100. It has a supply voltage of 12V to 24V DC. This sensor is configurable by software. The software enables users to quickly find the optimal sensing solution for their applications. An interface unit connects the sensor to the PC via a USB connection. This sensor features a cylindrical boby, diameter 30mm, made of plastic (PBT) and a M12, 5-pin connector. The sensing face is made of epoxy, resin and rubber. It weighs 0.210kg. It has LED indicators for output state and echo state. This general purpose ultrasonic sensor is suitable for assembly, conveying and packaging applications. It is cULus with class 2 power supply, E2, EAC, RCM and ECOLAB certified. It meets EN/IEC 60947-5-2, UL 508 and CSA C22.2 n 14 standards. Dedicated pre-wired connectors (straight or elbowed) and a fixing clamp can be purchased separately. This 30 sensor features a M12 connector for an easy connection. It can easily be mounted with the fixing clamp XXZB130, to be ordered separately. The XX range Ultrasonic Sensors perform contactless, reliable, and high-performance detection regardless of the targets shape, texture, color, or transparency. Capable of withstanding even the harshest industrial environments, XX Ultrasonic Sensors operate in diffuse, reflex, and thru-beam modes.
