Preventa switches with metal housings are designed for heavy duty industrial machines with quick rundown time (key operated switches XCSA, XCSB, XCSC) or with slow rundown time (Key operated switches with solenoid XCSLF, XCSE). Preventa switches with plastic housings are designed for light industrial machines with quick rundown time (key operated switches XCSMP, XCSPA, XCSTA) or with slow rundown time (key operated switches with solenoid XCSLE, XCSTE).
