Terms and Conditions for the Milwaukee Cooler Prize Drawing

Eligibility: This prize drawing is open to individuals who are legal residents of the United States and are 18 years of age or older. Employees of Lowe Electric a subsidiary of Crescent Electric Supply Company, or its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
Promotional Period: The promotion begins on April 8, 2024, and ends on May 31, 2024. Entries submitted before or after the promotional period will not be eligible.
How to Enter: There are two ways to enter: Participants who spend $750 or more on Milwaukee Tool products in a single order during the promotional period will be automatically entered into the drawing with four entries. Participants can also scan the QR code and enter their information for a single entry.
Prize: The prize is a Pelican 50QT Elite Cooler. No cash or other prize substitution is permitted except at the discretion of Lowe Electric Supply Company.
Drawing: One winner from each Lowe Electric location will be selected in a random drawing on June 1, 2024. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Winner Notification: Winners will be notified via the contact information provided on their entry. An alternate winner may be selected if the initial winner cannot be contacted within five (5) business days.
General Conditions: Lowe Electric reserves the right to cancel or modify the prize drawing if fraud or any other factor impairs the integrity of the promotion.
Release: By receipt of the prize, the winner agrees to release and hold harmless Lowe Electric and its subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, and advertising agencies from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this drawing or receipt or use of the prize.
Disputes: This prize drawing is governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Macon, Georgia.
